Why we exist
The fix was never another summary.
Every call center records everything and reads almost nothing. We started Nivision because we watched insight pile up, unused, while the floor kept guessing. The answer was never one more AI summary nobody opens - it was turning each conversation into a decision, and the decision into action.

Gil and Orel - childhood friends, separate paths, rejoined for one mission. Roi leads the engineering.
