The fix was never another summary.
Every call center records everything and reads almost nothing. We started Nivision because we watched insight pile up, unused, while the floor kept guessing. The answer was never one more AI summary nobody opens - it was turning each conversation into a decision, and the decision into action.

Is Nivision related to NI Vision or National Instruments?
No. Nivision is an independent Israeli AI company for conversation intelligence and Hebrew call analysis. It is not affiliated with National Instruments or its 'NI Vision' machine-vision library (the nivision.h imaging toolkit) — a completely separate product in a different field.
How is Nivision spelled in Hebrew?
