Short answer

Conversation intelligence software records, transcribes and analyzes customer conversations so that a team can see what is happening across all of them — not the handful a manager has time to listen to. In 2026 the category has split into five different jobs, and the "best" platform depends on which one you are hiring it for: enterprise revenue intelligence (Gong, Chorus by ZoomInfo, Clari Copilot, Salesloft), mid-market sales CI and AI agents (Avoma, Jiminny, Attention, Airspeed), contact-center QA and real-time agent assist (Observe.AI, Cresta, Balto, Convin), CI native to a phone system (Aircall), and Multilingual call-center CI (Nivision).

The category leader is now very large — Gong reported ARR above $500 million and 55% year-over-year growth in May 2026 — and most enterprise vendors no longer publish prices. This guide compares 14 platforms on what their public pages and documentation actually say as of 25 August 2026, with the source for every claim. Where a fact could not be verified, the entry says so rather than guessing. Nivision appears last, in its own category, with the same fields and the same honesty about trade-offs as everyone else.

How we chose and what we checked

Five criteria, applied from each vendor's own pages rather than demos or analyst summaries:

  1. What the platform is built for — revenue forecasting, sales coaching, contact-center QA, agent assist, or a phone system with AI attached — because tools from different segments are not substitutes.
  2. Coverage and scoring — whether it analyzes 100% of conversations automatically, and whether scoring is automated or manager-driven.
  3. Real-time in-call guidance — a real dividing line in 2026: some platforms coach the agent during the call, others only after it.
  4. Documented language support — whether your language, and specifically Hebrew as a hard test case, appears by name in the official language list, and which AI features stay English-only.
  5. Pricing transparency and reported trade-offs — public prices quoted verbatim with a check date; third-party estimates labelled as such; trade-offs taken from reviews and cited (competitor-authored reviews flagged).

Platforms are grouped by segment and listed alphabetically-by-relevance within it, not ranked overall.

Quick comparison

Enterprise revenue intelligence

1. Gong

Gong now calls itself the "#1 AI OS for Revenue Teams": it captures every customer interaction — calls, meetings, emails — and runs a fleet of AI agents over them for transcription, briefs, deal risk, forecasting and coaching. Founded by Amit Bendov and Eilon Reshef, headquartered in San Francisco with a large office in Ramat Gan, it reports 5,000+ customers and passed $500M ARR in 2026.

Key features (gong.io and help.gong.io, 25 Aug 2026): automatic capture across 51 telephony/dialer integrations and 15 web-conferencing integrations; AI Transcriber and AI Translator; scorecards with an AI Call Reviewer that can score entire calls automatically, plus an AI Builder that generates scorecards from closed-won calls (June 2026); AI Trainer role-play scenarios and AI Coach; Gong Forecast, deal monitors and trackers; 432 listed integrations including Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics and Slack; 70+ transcription languages, with Hebrew (Israel) explicitly listed.

Best for: enterprise revenue teams that want deal-level intelligence and forecasting on top of call analysis, and have the budget and admin capacity for a platform.

Trade-off: no real-time in-call guidance — analysis is post-call (a competitor reports 5–15 minutes of processing for a 30-minute call); the official language page notes several AI features (email labels, red-flag alerts, recommended to-dos, example-based smart trackers) are English-only; pricing is per-user plus a platform fee and is not published — third parties report a median contract around $54,900/year, $1,200–2,400 per seat per year and platform fees of $5,000–50,000; reviewers cite occasional transcription and recording reliability issues.

Pricing: not published ("licenses are priced per user… there is a platform fee"). G2: vendor-reported 4.5/5 across 6,200+ reviews.

2. Chorus by ZoomInfo

Chorus was founded in 2015 (Roy Raanani, Russell Levy, Micha Breakstone, with development in Tel Aviv) and acquired by ZoomInfo in July 2021 for about $575 million. In 2026 it is marketed as "ZoomInfo Chorus AI — Conversation Intelligence for Sales" and sold as a module of the ZoomInfo platform rather than as an independent product.

Key features (zoominfo.com/products/chorus, 25 Aug 2026): recording and transcription with "same room speaker separation"; call coaching, KPI benchmarking and scorecarding; deal and forecast context from the ZoomInfo data layer; Chorus AI Chat over recorded meetings (May 2026) and in-person recording from the mobile app (June 2026); automatic Zoom connection.

Best for: sales teams already running the ZoomInfo GTM stack that want conversation intelligence tied to the same contact and account data.

Trade-off: it is an add-on economics decision — Chorus is a premium module on top of a ZoomInfo subscription, and the only public price figures we found came from a competitor's blog, so we are not quoting them; the official transcription-language list could not be retrieved and Hebrew is not listed in any source found; real-time in-call guidance is not documented on the product pages; reviews cite integration complexity, a steep learning curve and sync glitches (competitor-authored).

Pricing: not published (contact sales; ZoomInfo's pricing page is gated). G2: not verified — G2 blocks automated retrieval.

3. Clari Copilot (formerly Wingman)

Clari Copilot is the conversation-intelligence module of Clari's revenue orchestration platform — the product Clari acquired as Wingman in June 2022 and renamed. Since December 2025 Clari and Salesloft are one company under CEO Steve Cox, which means the combined vendor now sells two conversation-intelligence layers.

Key features (clari.com/products/copilot, 25 Aug 2026): call recording and real-time transcription; automatic summaries, action items and follow-up suggestions; playbooks, "gametapes" and live battlecards during calls; buyer signals feeding Clari Forecast and pipeline inspection; Zoom, Teams, Meet, Webex and BlueJeans; dialers including Aircall, Dialpad and RingCentral; Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive.

Best for: enterprise revenue organizations standardizing on Clari (or Salesloft) that want coaching and real-time battlecards feeding forecasting.

Trade-off: no public pricing — third parties estimate Copilot at $120–160 per user per month standalone or $60–110 as an add-on, with $15,000–75,000 professional-services implementations over 8–16 weeks; the official language list could not be rendered and Hebrew is not listed in any source found; post-merger overlap with Salesloft Conversations leaves the roadmap for two CI products open, and analysts noted the merger brought "no major new AI capabilities".

Pricing: not published ("Get a quote"). G2: not verified — G2 blocks automated retrieval.

4. Salesloft Conversations

Salesloft folds conversation intelligence into its sales engagement platform: "you don't need a separate Conversation Intelligence solution — it's part of our all-in-one platform." Atlanta-based, 4,000+ customers, and since December 2025 merged with Clari.

Key features (salesloft.com/platform/conversations, 25 Aug 2026): call recording and transcription; AI-assisted scorecards and AI-powered call reviews; summaries, action items, key moments and tracker trends; coaching dashboard and playlists; live transcription and real-time battlecards during calls (Summer 2026 release); conversation agents for summarization, objection detection and competitor tracking; an MCP server for CI data; Salesforce and a 180+ partner marketplace.

Best for: teams that already run their outbound cadences in Salesloft and want CI and coaching in the same tool rather than a separate contract.

Trade-off: Conversations is bundled into higher tiers — third parties report it included in Advanced and Premier and an add-on for Essentials, with list prices around $75–200 per user per month by tier; the official transcription-language article could not be rendered, so Hebrew support is unconfirmed; reviewers cite bugs and sync issues with integrations and inconsistent support, and the company disclosed a Drift-related OAuth data-exfiltration incident affecting customers' Salesforce instances in August 2025.

Pricing: not published (request a call). G2:; GetApp 4.3/5 (232 reviews).

Mid-market sales conversation intelligence and AI agents

5. Avoma

Avoma pitches itself as an "all-in-one" AI platform for customer-facing teams at startups and scaleups: AI meeting assistant, scheduler and lead router, conversation intelligence and revenue intelligence, sold as a base plan plus add-ons. Founded in late 2017 and based in Palo Alto, it is the most transparently priced full-featured platform in this list.

Key features (avoma.com, 25 Aug 2026): bot-based or bot-less recording with real-time transcription; unlimited AI summary notes with auto-save to CRM records; the Conversation Intelligence add-on brings auto call scoring, custom AI scorecards (SPICED, Sandler, MEDDICC), keyword trackers, coaching recommendations and a real-time Answer Assistant that surfaces battlecards live; the Revenue Intelligence add-on adds deal-risk alerts, methodology tracking, win-loss analysis and forecasting; Zoom, Meet, Teams, Webex and GoToMeeting plus dialers such as Aircall, Dialpad, RingCentral and Zoom Phone; Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM; MCP server.

Best for: SMB and mid-market sales teams that want meeting notes, scheduling and conversation intelligence in one bill, with published per-seat pricing and free viewer seats.

Trade-off: the all-in-one breadth means each module is shallower than a dedicated enterprise suite, and the full conversation-intelligence feature set is a $29/seat add-on on top of the base plan. G2 reviewers report note-taker drop-offs and transcription that "still need[s] a quick manual review". Its help center lists Hebrew among 60+ transcription languages, though its own pages cite 60+, 70+ and 75+ languages inconsistently.

Pricing (avoma.com/pricing, 25 Aug 2026): Startup $19 per recorder seat/month billed annually ($29 monthly, up to 25 seats); Organization $29 annually ($39 monthly, up to 100 seats); Enterprise $39 annually only (10-seat minimum). Add-ons: Conversation Intelligence $29/seat/month annually ($35 monthly); Revenue Intelligence $29; Lead Router $19. Viewers free; 14-day trial. G2: 4.6/5 (1,363 reviews).

6. Jiminny

Jiminny is a conversation-intelligence platform for revenue leaders that "captures and analyzes every email, phone and video call", with offices in London and Sofia. Its 2025–2026 releases have leaned into AI: exec reports, automatic CRM filling, multi-call "Panorama" analysis and, since April 2026, AI call scoring for managers.

Key features (jiminny.com, 25 Aug 2026): call recording and transcription across video, voice and email; Ask Jiminny AI insights and Panorama multi-call reports; AI call scoring with cross-team comparison; proactive deal insights and alerts; AI CRM filling (Salesforce tasks and events); human "live coaching" where a manager joins a video call incognito; integrations with Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, HubSpot, Bullhorn, Close, Copper and dialers including 8x8, Aircall, CloudTalk, Dialpad, Five9, RingCentral and Amazon Connect.

Best for: B2B sales teams with complex cycles that want coaching and deal alerts across email, phone and video without Gong-level scope.

Trade-off: no AI real-time in-call guidance — "live coaching" means a human coach watching the call; pricing is seat-based with a 12-month minimum and no public price page; G2 reviewers mention transcription accuracy dropping with accents and background noise. Zoom support and in-person capture were not confirmed on official pages. Hebrew is listed among its 60+ transcription languages.

Pricing (jiminny.com/faq, 25 Aug 2026): Recording Seat "from $83/month", Insights Seat "from $42/month", Listener Seat $0; 12-month minimum; 14-day trial. G2: 4.6/5 (930 reviews).

7. Attention

Attention (attention.com; formerly attention.tech) sells "AI agents that learn from your best sales conversations": it records meetings, calls and emails, then automates follow-ups, CRM filling and coaching scorecards. New York-based, founded 2021 per CB Insights — not stated on an official source.

Key features (attention.com, 25 Aug 2026): call recording and transcription "across 100+ different languages" with "over 90% accuracy on average"; AI note-taker that uploads notes to the CRM; one-click CRM field updates; AI-powered scorecards for coaching; AI battlecards during live calls; follow-up emails "in less than 60 seconds"; integrations including Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Salesforce, HubSpot, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Aircall and Dialpad.

Best for: revenue teams that want CRM hygiene and follow-ups automated by agents, with in-call battlecards, and are prepared for enterprise-style contracts.

Trade-off: pricing is not public (the pricing page returns 404) and third-party figures contradict each other — from $59 to $399 per user per month, to "$25K–$200K+/year" enterprise deployments — so treat any number as unverified; reviewers cite "no free plan" and a smaller installed base than Gong or Chorus. Hebrew is not named on its language pages.

Pricing: not publicly listed (contact sales). G2: not verified — third-party sources report 4.6/5 (67 reviews) and "4.9 stars" for the same product.

8. Airspeed (formerly Glyphic)

Airspeed — the May 2026 rebrand of Glyphic, with teams in London and New York and a $20M Series A led by DN Capital — describes itself as "the commercial brain for revenue teams": AI agents that turn every customer conversation into CRM updates, deal intelligence, follow-ups and coaching.

Key features (goairspeed.com and docs.glyphic.ai, 25 Aug 2026): automatic joining of Zoom, Meet and Teams calls plus a mobile recording app; structured summaries within about five minutes of a call ending; every rep scored on every call against defined skills with cited transcript moments; write-back to any Salesforce or HubSpot field including picklists; integrations with Aircall, Dialpad, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong recordings, Slack, Okta and an MCP connection for Claude.

Best for: mid-market B2B teams (Airspeed's own framing: 20–200 reps) that want reportable CRM data and coaching on top of call analytics.

Trade-off: no real-time in-call guidance — analysis is post-call by design; its 95% accuracy claim is stated for English; reviewers note occasional over-summarising and coaching that is "still in its infancy". Pricing is quoted only as "starts at $5K per year". Hebrew is explicitly listed among its 130+ supported languages ("performance will vary by language").

Pricing (goairspeed.com, 25 Aug 2026): "Plans start at $5K per year"; no public tiers. G2: vendor-reported 4.9/5 from 45 reviews.

Contact-center conversation intelligence and QA

9. Observe.AI

Observe.AI has repositioned from "conversation intelligence" to an "Agentic CX Platform" for enterprise contact centers — Auto QA, Conversation Intelligence, real-time Agent Assist, coaching and insights copilots, screen recording, and VoiceAI agents that resolve calls themselves. Founded 2017, Redwood City; "350+" enterprise customers; a 19,000-agent DoorDash deployment with AWS was announced in July 2026.

Key features (observe.ai, 25 Aug 2026): "Accurately automate 100% of QA evaluations with AI-powered scoring"; automated call summaries; real-time visual checklists, alerts and dynamic prompts for agents plus a supervisor view of all active conversations; VoiceAI and chat agents; 250+ integrations including 8x8, Aircall, Amazon Connect and Avaya.

Best for: enterprise customer-service contact centers that want QA on 100% of interactions plus real-time agent assist and, increasingly, AI agents handling calls outright.

Trade-off: enterprise-only — pricing is sales-led and a competitor claims a 100-seat minimum on annual contracts; the most common review complaint is transcription accuracy, and reviewers note real-time assist is newer than the post-call core. The official platform-wide language list could not be found; third-party listings show ten European languages plus Hindi, and Hebrew is not listed anywhere.

Pricing: not publicly listed; the vendor's AWS Marketplace listing prices "Real-Time AI" at $828 per agent per 12 months; third parties cite roughly $69 per agent per month baseline. G2: 4.6/5 (264 reviews, via G2's own widget).

10. Cresta

Cresta is "the enterprise Customer Experience AI platform that unifies human and AI agents on a single system of intelligence" — Agent Assist, Conversation Intelligence, Knowledge Agent, Quality Management, AI Analyst and a customer-facing AI Agent. Founded 2017 (Sebastian Thrun, Tim Shi, Zayd Enam), Sunnyvale, $270M+ raised, customers including Verizon, Cox and United Airlines.

Key features (cresta.com, 25 Aug 2026): real-time hints, reminders and workflows during the call, with live summaries that sync to the CRM; AI analysis of 100% of conversations; quality management with scorecards ("Now, 100% of calls, we're grading"); Knowledge Agent answering in real time; Agent Operations Center for supervisors; omnichannel AI Agent across voice, chat, SMS and email; integrations with Five9, Amazon Connect, NICE, Genesys, Avaya, Twilio, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, HubSpot and Zoho.

Best for: large contact centers (third parties say typically 100+ agents) that want real-time guidance and QA in one platform and are ready for a custom enterprise deployment.

Trade-off: "Pricing is custom… There is no public self-serve tier" (Cresta's own LLM-info page); AWS Marketplace lists Agent Assist at $150,000 per year for up to 100,000 calls; reviewers cite inconsistent transcription accuracy and tuning that "takes time to understand your business model". Language support: 30+ languages for the AI Agent and 21 listed on G2 — Hebrew is not among them.

Pricing: not publicly listed (custom; AWS listing $150,000/12 months per Agent Assist channel). G2: 4.3/5 (46 reviews).

11. Balto

Balto is "the AI workforce for the contact center": real-time guidance is its founding product ("over 500 million guided calls"), now bundled with real-time QA, a real-time note-taker, coaching, compliance, insights and the "Togo" voice AI agent. St. Louis, founded 2017, 300+ contact centers.

Key features (balto.ai, 25 Aug 2026): real-time prompts, checklists and suggested questions (AgentGPT) during the call; supervisor alerts that flag moments live; "Evaluate 100% of interactions with AI"; automatic summaries; coaching recommendations; 50+ CCaaS connections including Genesys, NICE CXone, Five9, RingCentral, Talkdesk, Amazon Connect, 8x8, Dialpad, Aircall and Zoom; Salesforce and HubSpot.

Best for: sales and service contact centers whose priority is changing agent behaviour during the call, not just measuring it afterwards.

Trade-off: guidance runs on prompts and checklists you configure rather than behaviours mined automatically from top performers (a competitor's critique — read accordingly); reporting layout and CRM syncing draw complaints; pricing is per agent per month "with bands shared during evaluation", not published. Twenty languages are listed by name, and Hebrew is not one of them.

Pricing: not publicly listed (pricing page 404; per-agent bands on request). G2: 4.8/5 (594 reviews).

12. Convin

Convin is an "AI Agent Platform for Customer Conversations" built for B2C contact centers — automated QA that scores 100% of calls, chats and emails, automated coaching, a real-time agent-assist agent and an AI phone-call agent — founded in 2021 by four IIT-Delhi graduates and headquartered in Bengaluru.

Key features (convin.ai, 25 Aug 2026): "100% automated conversation scoring" with omnichannel QA; AI coaching session assignment and an LMS; real-time prompts, script guidance and help cards for agents plus supervisor violation alerts; lead propensity, CSAT and collection scoring; sentiment and win-loss analysis; integrations across CCaaS and dialers (8x8, Amazon Connect, Avaya, Ameyo, Aircall, CloudTalk and more); "70+ Language Support", with Hebrew explicitly listed.

Best for: high-volume B2C contact centers — sales, support and collections — that want QA, coaching and real-time assist in one platform, especially in India and other multilingual markets.

Trade-off: pricing is quote-based; reviewers cite "clumsy" speech-to-text with missing agent lines, slow platform moments and lagging text-to-speech quality on the voice agent; the site's developer pages advertise "20+" speech-to-text languages against the "70+" marketing claim, so confirm Hebrew accuracy on real calls before relying on it.

Pricing: not publicly listed ("Request a Quote"; QM software listed as free). G2: vendor badge 4.7/5; ~549 reviews.

Conversation intelligence inside the phone system

13. Aircall (AI Assist and AI Assist Pro)

Aircall is a cloud phone system for SMB and mid-market teams that has layered AI onto its own telephony: AI Assist (summaries, topics, sentiment, talk ratio) and, since July 2025, AI Assist Pro with automatic scoring of 100% of calls, custom scorecards and live prompts with embedded playbooks (BANT, SPICED, MEDDIC). Paris-founded (2014), 23,000+ customers.

Key features (aircall.io, 25 Aug 2026): call recording on every inbound and outbound call; transcription in 24 languages; AI summaries, key topics and action items logged to HubSpot, Salesforce and Zendesk; "Call scoring (100% automatic)"; live transcription and real-time prompts (Pro); AI Voice Agent and AI Messaging Agents for SMS and WhatsApp; 250+ integrations.

Best for: teams that want conversation intelligence native to their phone system — sales and support on the same platform — with published pricing and no separate telephony integration project.

Trade-off: the AI only works on calls that run through Aircall's own telephony, so it is a phone-system decision first; call-quality, reliability and billing-flexibility complaints recur in reviews; the full CI feature set is a paid add-on on top of the license. Hebrew is not among the 24 transcription languages.

Pricing (aircall.io/pricing, 25 Aug 2026, EUR as displayed): Essentials €30/license/month (3-license minimum, annual); Professional €50 (includes AI Assist); Custom with a 25-license minimum; AI Assist €9/license/month; AI Assist Pro €49 (also shown as $49 in USD). G2: 4.4/5 (1,500+ reviews, per Aircall's own page).

The multilingual call-center path

14. Nivision

Nivision is a conversation-intelligence platform for sales, service and contact centers. It transcribes and analyzes 100% of a team's phone calls, video meetings and in-person conversations in 60+ languages, and scores every conversation against criteria the organization defines. It is listed last here because it is the different path: not a revenue-forecasting suite and not an enterprise CCaaS layer, but a call-analysis platform priced by call volume rather than per seat, with an engine trained on telephone-grade audio rather than clean meeting audio.

Key features (nivision.ai, live today): full call transcription; configurable call classifiers with custom fields, scoring rules and summary formats per call type; knowledge-base attachment so analysis reflects the customer's products and terminology; AI chat across all calls; live operations dashboard, advanced alerts and daily/weekly/monthly reports; aggregated agent-performance reports (hourly, daily, weekly); customer profiles; meeting bot for Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet; telephony integrations with Israeli providers (Voipe, PayCall, Voicenter, KavKom, Mvoice) and CRM integrations (Origami as strategic partner, Fireberry, Salesforce, Zoho, Monday).

Best for: sales and service call centers of roughly ten agents and up — including multilingual floors and markets the English-first tools treat as an afterthought — that want QA, agent scoring and compliance flags on every call without replacing their phone system or CRM.

Trade-off: no real-time in-call guidance today — analysis is post-call (transcripts within minutes of the call ending), and live agent guidance, AI role-play training and an in-call knowledge agent are on Nivision's roadmap, not live; that makes Balto, Cresta or Observe.AI the better fit if changing behaviour mid-call is the priority. There is no self-serve plan, no free tier and no published price; rollout is a configured deployment (Nivision states 4–6 weeks to operational value, 1–2 months to full value). Its integration depth is strongest with Israeli telephony and CRM vendors; teams on US-centric dialers should confirm their stack first.

Pricing: not published — usage-based by call volume and team size; contact Nivision. G2: no listing yet.

Also in the category — considered, not shortlisted

  • Revenue.io — a Salesforce-native sales engagement and CI platform (Los Angeles) with real-time "Moments" coaching on live calls, AI scorecards and its own dialer; built "for Salesforce teams of 15+ seats", quote-based (a third party lists Engage at $175/user/month). Live transcription in up to 23 languages; Hebrew not listed.
  • Aviso — an "agentic AI" revenue platform (Redwood City) whose conversation-intelligence module includes recording, smart transcripts, real-time in-call guidance and a "Sales Coach Avatar"; enterprise-only, quote-based (GetApp lists "from $50,000"), and reviewers cite a cluttered UI and CRM sync delays. Hebrew not listed.
  • Outreach Kaia — conversation intelligence inside Outreach's sales execution platform: bot recording on Zoom/Teams/Meet/Webex, live content cards on Outreach Voice calls (English-only for real-time features), 28 transcription languages without Hebrew; seat-plus-credit pricing on request.
  • Backstory (formerly People.ai) — renamed in April 2026; a revenue "answers" platform that ingests calls from Gong, RingCentral and others rather than recording them. Not a conversation-intelligence product in the sense used here.
  • Grain and Fathom — meeting note-takers that have added AI scorecards, coaching metrics and CRM sync on their business plans (Grain from $15/seat, Fathom Business $25/user). Strong for video-meeting teams, not for phone-heavy call centers; covered in our meeting transcription tools comparison.
  • Echo AI — the CX conversation-intelligence product formerly Pathlight was acquired by Calabrio in December 2024; Calabrio has since been combined into Verint and echoai.com no longer resolves. No longer available standalone.
  • Nimitai — an early-stage Indian meeting-intelligence product for founder-led sales ($149/seat/month, Chrome extension, real-time cues) with a very thin review footprint and no published language list.
  • Brevity — an AI sales-coaching and role-play layer that scores recordings pulled from Gong, RingCentral, Salesloft or Fireflies; it does not record calls itself.
  • Phone systems and WEM suites with built-in analytics — Dialpad and CloudTalk bundle AI call analytics with their own telephony (CloudTalk's AI Conversation Intelligence is a €9/user/month add-on on Expert plans); Calabrio (now Verint) and Voyc run as QA layers over an existing CCaaS. None of the four lists Hebrew. They are the right answer when you are replacing the phone system anyway — and the wrong one when the phone system is fine and only the analysis layer is missing.

How to choose

Start from the job, not the brand.

  • Forecasting and deal intelligence for an enterprise revenue team: Gong, Chorus by ZoomInfo, Clari Copilot, Salesloft.
  • Coaching and CRM hygiene for a mid-market sales team at a published price: Avoma, Jiminny, Airspeed; Attention if agentic CRM automation is the priority.
  • QA on 100% of calls and real-time agent assist in a service contact center: Observe.AI or Cresta at enterprise scale; Balto if live guidance is the point; Convin for high-volume B2C and multilingual floors.
  • One vendor for phones and AI: Aircall AI Assist Pro (or Dialpad/CloudTalk).
  • A multilingual call center that keeps its existing PBX and CRM: Nivision — accepting that real-time guidance is not live there yet.

Then apply four filters.

  1. Channels you actually need covered — phone via your telephony, video meetings, email, in-person. A meeting-first tool will not see your call center's phone calls.
  2. Language, by the vendor's own list — and which AI features are English-only. Hebrew is explicitly listed by Gong, Avoma, Jiminny, Airspeed, Convin and Nivision; not listed by the contact-center suites or the phone-system vendors in this guide.
  3. Real-time or post-call — if agents must be coached during the call, that removes Gong, Jiminny, Airspeed and Nivision from the list today.
  4. Pricing model and minimums — platform fees (Gong), seat minimums (Cresta, Revenue.io, Aircall Custom), 12-month minimums (Jiminny), or usage-based by call volume (Nivision). Ask for the contract shape before the demo.

Run a pilot on your own recordings — telephony audio, your accents, your product names — before signing anything annual.

Bottom line

  • Choose Gong if you are an enterprise revenue team that wants the deepest deal analytics and forecasting and can carry a platform fee — and you do not need in-call guidance.
  • Choose Chorus by ZoomInfo or Salesloft Conversations if you are already standardized on ZoomInfo or Salesloft and want CI inside that stack.
  • Choose Clari Copilot if real-time battlecards feeding a revenue-orchestration platform is the goal.
  • Choose Avoma if you want the most transparent all-in-one option for an SMB or mid-market sales team; Jiminny or Airspeed for sales coaching and CRM write-back without Gong-scale scope; Attention for agentic follow-ups and CRM filling.
  • Choose Observe.AI, Cresta or Balto if you run a customer-service contact center and real-time agent assist plus 100% QA is the job; Convin if the floor is high-volume B2C and multilingual.
  • Choose Aircall AI Assist Pro if you are happy to move your phones to Aircall and want CI bundled.
  • Choose Nivision if you run a sales or service call center in Hebrew — or in a mix of 60+ languages — and want every call and meeting transcribed, classified and reported on top of your existing telephony and CRM, with the caveat that live in-call coaching is still on its roadmap.

FAQ

What is the best conversation intelligence platform?

There is no single best — the category splits by job. Gong, Chorus, Clari Copilot and Salesloft are built for enterprise revenue teams and forecasting; Avoma, Jiminny, Attention and Airspeed serve mid-market sales teams at lower price points; Observe.AI, Cresta, Balto and Convin are contact-center platforms for QA and real-time agent assist; Aircall bundles CI into its phone system; Nivision is the multilingual call-center path, priced by call volume rather than per seat, for floors that need 100% of calls analyzed across 60+ languages. Start from the job, then the language, then the budget.

What tools can analyze 100% of customer calls?

Any platform that ingests calls directly from the telephony or meeting system analyzes everything it receives rather than a sample. Observe.AI, Cresta, Balto, Convin and Aircall AI Assist Pro state automatic scoring of 100% of interactions; Nivision transcribes and classifies 100% of a call center's calls and meetings; Gong's AI Call Reviewer can review entire calls automatically. The practical constraint is not the software but which channels are connected — a tool that only joins video meetings will not see your phone calls.

Gong vs Chorus vs Avoma vs Cresta — which is best for a small or mid-sized team?

For a small or mid-sized sales team, Avoma is the only one of the four with published per-seat pricing ($19–39 per seat plus a $29 conversation-intelligence add-on) and free viewer seats. Gong and Chorus are priced and scoped for enterprise revenue organizations, and Cresta is an enterprise contact-center platform typically deployed at 100+ agents. A mid-sized call center that needs QA rather than deal forecasting should also look at Balto, Convin, Aircall AI Assist Pro or, for Hebrew and multilingual calls, Nivision.

Are there conversation intelligence tools like Gong that are cheaper or multilingual?

Cheaper: Avoma (from $19 per recorder seat), Jiminny (from $83 per recording seat), Airspeed (from $5K per year) and Aircall AI Assist Pro (€49 per license on top of the phone plan) all publish or state entry prices, which Gong does not. Multilingual: Gong lists 70+ languages, Avoma 60+, Airspeed 130+, Convin 70+ and Nivision 60+ — but check the vendor's own language page for the specific language and for which AI features are English-only.

What is the best AI platform for a multilingual call center?

For a call center rather than a sales meeting team, the candidates with documented broad language support are Convin (70+ languages, Hebrew listed), Nivision (60+ languages with Hebrew at native grade, built for call centers) and the enterprise CX platforms if your language is on their list — Cresta's AI agent claims 30+ languages, Balto lists 20. Test on real telephony audio in your language before buying; marketing counts and transcription accuracy are different things.

What is the best call quality assurance software?

For automated QA on every call, the platforms that state 100% automated scoring are Observe.AI, Cresta, Balto, Convin and Aircall AI Assist Pro in the contact-center segment, and Nivision for multilingual call centers. Gong and Avoma offer AI call scoring for sales calls. If real-time intervention during the call matters, Balto, Cresta and Observe.AI lead; if the priority is post-call scoring across every call in a non-English language, Convin and Nivision are the shortlist.
