Short answer

If you want a managed service, a vendor that builds your analysis spec, calibrates and updates it, and takes the center live in about a week, and you want WhatsApp, chat and SMS analyzed as text in the same system, Jaro fits better. That is what it built, and it says so plainly.

If you need video meetings (Zoom, Teams, Meet) analyzed as well as call-center calls, want Hebrew transcription as a standalone product (web upload, API or PBX connection), or are a small business that wants to start with no minimum team size and test on your own recordings before talking price, Nivision fits better.

Both companies are Israeli, both built their product around Hebrew, and both analyze 100% of calls rather than a sample. Everything said here about Jaro comes from its public pages as checked on 18 October 2026. Anything we could not find documented is marked as such, not as a missing capability.

What actually decides it

The operating model. Jaro presents itself as a managed system. Its implementation page says it builds the analysis model for your center in 1–2 days, in parallel with a technical connection that usually takes "a few days". It then goes fully live in about a week from when calls start flowing. Spec changes after go-live are also made by Jaro, and an account manager supports the center. Nivision is a platform where the organization defines classifiers, custom fields, alerts and reports. Transcription works from day one, and Nivision states 4–6 weeks to full operational value.

The channels. Jaro analyzes phone calls plus WhatsApp, website chat and SMS in the same dashboards, including voice messages sent inside chats. Nivision analyzes phone calls and video meetings through a bot for Zoom, Teams and Meet, and it transcribes WhatsApp voice notes and video files with speaker identification. Text-chat analysis is not part of Nivision's product today. Video-meeting analysis does not appear on the Jaro pages we checked.

When Jaro is the better choice

You have no one to build the spec. If nobody on the floor will write checklists, categories and scoring criteria, Jaro's model removes that work: it builds, calibrates and updates. According to its site, the customer needs only an available technical contact and some basic details.

Text channels matter. A center that takes a large share of contacts on WhatsApp or website chat gets those channels next to calls in Jaro, with the same alerts and permissions.

Your systems are on its list. Jaro lists about 30 connected telephony systems, including 3CX, Panasonic, Grandstream, Voicenter, PayCall, Maskyoo, Bezeq and Binat. Its CRM list includes Salesforce, SAP Service Cloud, monday.com, Zoho, Surense, Bafi and Sheleg, alongside Fireberry and Origami. If your CRM is there and not on Nivision's list, that is a real consideration.

You want dedicated AI agents. Jaro describes six agents working on the same call database: on-demand research, proactive insights, call-list building, routine checks, next-step suggestions and a custom agent.

Familiar industries. Jaro's industry list opens with insurance and finance, and its customer logos include Wobi, Bituach Haklai (agricultural insurance), Bar-Ilan University and Liscar. Its leadership includes Ido Ashed, former CEO of Walla, and Jacky Moshkatel, formerly a senior executive at Menora Group.

When Nivision is the better choice

Meetings as well as calls. Nivision's meeting bot joins Zoom, Teams and Meet and treats the meeting like a call: transcript, summary, classifiers and reports. A sales team that works on the phone and in video meetings gets both in one place.

You need transcription, not only analysis. Nivision sells Hebrew transcription on its own. Upload a file in the web app, send audio by API and get back JSON with the raw text, or connect a PBX. Transcripts are ready within up to 2 minutes, with search, playback and summaries in the UI. WhatsApp voice notes and video files are supported, with speaker identification.

You are a small business. Nivision has no minimum team size. A one-agent business can be a customer just as a center of hundreds can.

You want to test before talking price. 300 free trial minutes let you run your own recordings, with your accents, slang and line quality, before committing. Jaro offers a free demo on calls from its demo environment; a trial period does not appear on the pages we checked.

Volume-based pricing suits you. Nivision prices per minute or by monthly package by volume. Jaro prices per minute and adds a one-time setup fee and, in some cases, a monthly license. Neither publishes prices, so ask both for a detailed quote on the same volume.

What Nivision does not do yet

To keep this fair: in-call agent guidance, AI avatar training, voice bots and automated workflows are on Nivision's roadmap, not in production. Analysis today is post-call. Agent-performance reports (Coach) are live. Jaro's own comparison page also notes that some of our announced layers are not yet fully available, and that is accurate.

A note on vendor comparisons

This page and Jaro's comparison page were both written by vendors competing in the same market. We have tried to cite only what Jaro publishes itself and to credit its strengths. Either way, the only test that predicts real accuracy is a pilot on your own recordings: real telephone audio, not a studio recording. Both companies offer to show results on real calls.

FAQ

What is the main difference between Nivision and Jaro?

Both are Israeli, both are built around Hebrew, and both analyze 100% of calls rather than a sample. The difference is mostly the operating model and the channels. Jaro positions itself as a managed service: it builds, calibrates and updates the analysis spec for you, and it also analyzes WhatsApp, website chat and SMS as text. Nivision is a platform that also covers video meetings (Zoom, Teams, Meet), voice notes and video, and it sells transcription on its own, by upload, API or PBX connection.

Is Nivision only for call centers with 20 or more agents?

No. Nivision has no minimum team size, so any business of any size can be a customer, and transcription can be bought without the analysis platform. Jaro's comparison page describes Nivision as mainly for organizations from about 20 agents, citing an ROI calculation in one of our guides. That calculation used a 20-agent center as a worked example. It is not a threshold.

When is Jaro the better choice?

When you want the vendor to do the work. Jaro builds and maintains the spec, assigns an account manager and describes full go-live about one week after calls start flowing. It also fits a center that receives many WhatsApp, chat or SMS conversations and wants them in the same dashboards as calls, and a team whose telephony or CRM appears on Jaro's broad integration list.

When is Nivision the better choice?

When you need video meetings analyzed as well as calls, when you are a small business and want to start without a minimum, when you need Hebrew transcription as a product in its own right (web upload, or an API returning JSON), or when you want to test on your own recordings before a pricing conversation, using 300 free trial minutes.

Do Nivision or Jaro guide agents during the call?

Nivision does not yet. In-call guidance is on the roadmap, and analysis today is post-call, with transcripts ready within up to 2 minutes. Jaro describes real-time alerts for compliance risk, churn and hot leads, but we did not find public documentation of guidance shown to the agent during the call. If that is your core requirement, ask both vendors for a live demo.
