Short answer

If you run a large contact center and want the system to change what an agent says while the call is happening — live hints, reminders, a knowledge agent answering in real time — choose Cresta. It does that today. Nivision does not.

If you want to know what happened on 100% of your calls, score every one against your own criteria, catch compliance gaps and report on agent performance — in Hebrew or a mix of languages, on a mid-market budget and a rollout measured in weeks — Nivision fits better.

This is the comparison where the honest answer most often points away from us, and the plan for this page says to say so.

The one difference that decides it

Cresta is a real-time platform. It gives agents hints, reminders and workflows during the call, with live summaries syncing to the CRM and a Knowledge Agent answering questions as the conversation happens. Its quality management grades 100% of calls — "Now, 100% of calls, we're grading" — and its Agent Operations Center gives supervisors a live view.

Nivision is a post-call platform. Transcripts land within minutes of a call ending; classification, scoring, compliance checks, alerts and reports follow. Real-time script guidance, AI avatar roleplay training and an in-call knowledge agent are all on the Coach roadmap and none of them are live.

Everything else in this comparison is secondary to that.

When Cresta is the better choice

Mid-call intervention is the requirement. If the business case is "our agents say the wrong thing and we need to fix it in the moment", Nivision cannot do that today and Cresta can.

You are an enterprise contact center. Cresta is built for scale — Verizon, Cox and United Airlines are named customers, and third parties put the typical deployment at 100+ agents. It raised $270M+ and is engineered accordingly.

You need omnichannel today. Cresta's AI Agent covers voice, chat, SMS and email. Nivision handles phone calls, video meetings and in-person recordings; text channels are in development.

Your stack is enterprise CCaaS. Five9, Amazon Connect, NICE, Genesys, Avaya and Twilio are documented Cresta integrations. If that is your infrastructure, Cresta was designed for it.

When Nivision is the better choice

Your floor is not enterprise-sized. Cresta has no public self-serve tier and its AWS listing starts at $150,000 a year. For a 20-to-100-agent floor that is not a procurement decision, it is a non-starter. Nivision prices by call volume and team size.

Your calls are in Hebrew. Cresta does not list Hebrew among its documented languages. Nivision is built around it.

Your phone system is Israeli. Voipe, PayCall, Voicenter, KavKom and Mvoice are documented Nivision integrations; none appear in Cresta's list.

You want value in weeks, not quarters. Nivision states 4–6 weeks to operational value and 1–2 months to full value. Cresta is a custom enterprise deployment, and its own reviewers note that tuning "takes time to understand your business model".

Meetings count too. Nivision's meeting bot covers Zoom, Teams and Meet and treats those conversations like calls. Cresta is contact-center voice, not conferencing.

A caveat that applies to both

Cresta's G2 reviewers cite inconsistent transcription accuracy (4.3/5 from 46 reviews), and transcription accuracy complaints are the most common criticism of real-time contact-center AI generally — a live system has less time to be right. Whichever way you go, test on your own audio, with your own accents and line quality, before signing.

FAQ

Does Nivision do real-time agent guidance like Cresta?

No. This is the clearest difference between the two products and there is no way to soften it. Cresta gives agents live hints, reminders and workflows during the call, with a Knowledge Agent answering in real time. Nivision analyzes conversations after they end — transcripts are available within minutes — and real-time in-call guidance sits on the Coach roadmap. If changing what an agent says mid-call is the reason you are buying, buy Cresta.

What is the main difference between Nivision and Cresta?

When the intervention happens, and at what scale. Cresta acts during the call, for large enterprise contact centers with a custom deployment and a six-figure entry point. Nivision acts after the call — scoring, flagging and reporting — for SMB and mid-market floors, on a deployment measured in weeks. They are answers to different questions about the same conversations.

How much does Cresta cost?

Cresta's own LLM-info page says "pricing is custom… There is no public self-serve tier". Its AWS Marketplace listing prices Agent Assist at $150,000 per year for up to 100,000 calls — a vendor-published figure, and the most concrete public number available. That places it firmly in enterprise procurement territory.

Does Cresta support Hebrew?

Not that we could find. Cresta documents 30+ languages for the AI Agent and 21 are listed on G2; Hebrew is not among them (checked 25 August 2026). If your floor runs in Hebrew, this is a hard constraint rather than a preference.

We want both real-time guidance and Hebrew. What now?

Today, no single product we found does both well. The practical options are to run post-call analysis in Hebrew now and treat real-time as a later phase, or to evaluate Cresta, Balto and Observe.AI directly on Hebrew audio and see what they will commit to. We would rather say that than pretend our roadmap covers it.
